Shipping and delivery

For orders placed within the prefecture of Chania, shipping is free if the order is worth € 30 or more. For orders outside the prefecture of Chania, shipping is free for orders worth € 50 and over.

Your orders are sent either by courier or with a transport company or with a transport vehicle of our company. The choice of delivery method of your products is made by us and depends on the volume and weight of your order. The charges are calculated based on the area code and are listed below in detail. Prices include VAT.

You can choose to pick up your order from our store completely free of charge.

Prefecture of Lassithi – € 9.30

Prefecture of Thessaloniki, Grevena, Ioannina, Trikala, Karditsa, Arta, Thesprotia, Preveza, Evritania, Etoloakarnania, Fthiotida, Magnesia, Fokida, Viotia, Evia etc. – € 12.40

Prefecture of Evros, Rodopi, Xanthi, Kavala, Drama, Serres, Kilkis, Halkidiki, Pella, Imathia, Pieria, Florina, Kozani, Kastoria – € 18.60

* Except the areas of Chania, Platanias, Voukolies, Kalyves, Alikianos, Kolymvari, Kissamos, Vryses, Vamos, Askifou, Topolia, Vathi of Chania that are served by our company. For purchases under € 30 the charge is € 4.30.

You will receive your order yourself from the agency

After the departure of the shipment, you receive an email with the tracking number.

Delivery time

Upon completion of your order, the shipment is made immediately and the delivery to the customer takes place within 2-6 working days. For areas marked as “inaccessible” by the courier, this time may vary. Shipping time may also vary during periods of high demand e.g. Black Friday.

Shipping times may change due to unstable factors such as: indirect availability of the product, strikes, delays of transport companies, holidays, holidays, etc.
